Sympathetic internal refurbishment, addition of a rear extension, and internal alterations. Grade II listed building in a conservation area. Anthracite black zinc roof with timber varnished external doors.
Initial home consultation, measured survey and production of existing set of drawings, planning stage design and submission, building regulations design and submission, obtaining local authority approvals including Listed Building Consent, liaising with other consultants.
